Ministries Available
Designed to equip you through resources and community, these support groups are facilitated by leaders who have walked through similar circumstances and now return to assist others in their journey.

These groups meet weekly on Sunday evenings (at 6pm). Our semester launch is September 8th and each group will run for 6-10 weeks (depending on the group).
We are excited to offer eight groups this semester:
Sexual Integrity (men)
Betrayal in Marriage (women)
Overcoming Fear and Anxiety (women)
Families/Friends of Addicts (men and women)
Grief Recovery for Parents (men and women)
Overcoming Challenges in Marriage (men and women)
Foster Families (men and women)
Dealing with Infertility for Couples (men and women)
The Refuge offers encouraging support through pastoral counseling or the ‘Hope Givers’ team—made up of trained volunteers who want to help you along the journey.
Pastoral Counsel
Our pastors are available to share a biblical perspective with you and offer practical guidance and encouragement for a maximum of three sessions. Because of time limitations (based on the size of our church community), there is typically a longer wait time in scheduling an appointment with a pastor.
Hope Givers
If you are in need of someone to talk to, we have trained ‘Hope Givers’ (couples, men, and women) who will meet with you one-on-one or as a couple for three sessions. During these sessions, you will have the opportunity to share your story, be encouraged with truth, and help you to determine a healthy next step. We all need a safe place to talk, and our ‘Hope Givers’ can be that for you.
We have prayer teams available for personal ministry for individuals seeking physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual healing. The ministry teams are made up of 2 or 3 people who are committed to providing a safe atmosphere for people to experience God’s healing power. During their ministry session, people are given an opportunity to encounter the healing presence of the Holy Spirit through prayer and inner healing exercises. The predominant ministry method used for these sessions is SOZO Ministry:

SOZO is the Greek word translated “saved, healed, delivered.” SOZO ministry is a unique inner healing and deliverance ministry aimed to get to the root of things hindering a personal connection with the Father, Son and Holy Spirit. With a healed connection, one can walk in the destiny to which they have been called.

A SOZO session is not a counseling session but a time for the SOZO team to sit down with individuals and with the help of the Holy Spirit walk them through the process of freedom and wholeness.
