REFUGE RIDERS

In your majesty, ride out to victory, defending truth, humility, and justice. Go forth to perform awe-inspiring deeds! Psalm 45:4 (NLT)

God is our refuge and strength, always ready to help in times of trouble. Psalm 46:1 (NLT)

WHO WE ARE

Refuge Riders is a motorcycle ministry that provides fellowship among riders and ministers to different needs in the community. We strive to develop strong relationships within the body of Christ, create honest accountability with one another, and reach out to non-believers in the biker community. We hope to be a source of encouragement to uplift and strengthen the body of believers, as well as assist members in developing their gifts and talents to be used for the glory of God. There is a large number of non-believers in the biker community who we would love to reach and demonstrate to them the accepting love of Christ.

WHAT WE DO

Weather permitting, we do a monthly ride as a group. This is mainly for fellowship and to enjoy the open road and seeing new places. During our rides, we are seeking to witness to other riders, to offer prayer and biker blessings for them.We get involved in local charity rides, assist in community projects and work closely with several outreach ministries in Rowan and Cabarrus counties. The Riders also work with local motorcycle dealerships, serving them by working at their events in multiple areas (ex: Tilley Biker, Blues, and BBQ; bike rallies; and car shows) and meeting any needs they have.
