It is our heart at Vertical to show God's love to our community. We help many local ministries in the greater Charlotte area. We partner with organizations, help support the local shelters, and reach out to the homeless providing food, blankets, and clothing.

We have also taken short-term missions trips to the LA Dream Center and New York School of Urban Ministries. These communities are some of the most desperate places in America today. It has been through these types of ministries that our students have gained a passion to serve those in need as well as practical skills for reaching out to their communities.

Vertical Movement will be taking a group of High School Students to the American Indian Christian Mission. The American Indian Christian Mission was founded in 1969 out of concern for the spiritual needs of Native American people. They take the gospel to 12 different communities on the Fort Apache Indian Reservation. During our ministry time we will have the opportunity to participate in the bus ministry and summer enrichment programs that are help in the compound as well as in the Navajo community. Our students will be travelling July 15th-19th. We are excited about all that God has in store for us!
